The court ordered Google to pay 50,000 Russian roubles for reading his letters

In the beginning of 2015, resident of Ekaterinburg Anton Burkov has filed a lawsuit against Google, accusing search giant in reading his personal emails. He found that the company violated his right to privacy, and asked to recover from it 50 thousand Russian rubles (about $685 as of December 30, 2015).

In the beginning of 2015, resident of Ekaterinburg Anton Burkov has filed a lawsuit against Google, accusing search giant in reading his personal emails. He found that the company violated his right to privacy, and asked to recover from it 50 thousand Russian rubles (about $685 as of December 30, 2015).

on April 21, the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow refused Burkov in satisfaction of the claim, but in September the Moscow city court granted his appeal against the decision of Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow, reports TASS. Google filed a protest, but he was not satisfied.
