There are about 70 % of all ATMs and payment terminals", — said the Deputy head of the 3rd Department on disclosing of crimes in sphere of high technologies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Belarus Oleg Slepchenko.

According to him, the indicators are kept at the level of the same period last year. Dominated by offences related to the theft of Bank cards and use of personal data. Their attackers in a variety of ways, including from the Internet, where users submit their personal data to themselves.

Oleg Slepchenko said that in Belarus in recent years, an increasing number of thefts using Bank cards on a large scale (from 1 thousand base units). the "this year, identified several dozen such crimes," said the expert. The level of detection of such crimes is 90-95%.
