the Chairman of the Supreme court Valyantsin Sukala explained that the criminal code is proposed to make changes that reduce the minimum age for some items. the "I'd expand the list of illegal acts for which criminal liability is incurred by persons aged 14 to 16 years" he said.

the Bill proposes to change article 27 "the Age of criminal responsibility the criminal code. Among the crimes listed in part 2, that is, of acts, responsibility for which is stipulated for persons aged from 14 to 16 years, appear article 212 (theft by means of computer technology) and article 415 (evasion of serving punishment in the form of restriction of freedom).
