In the period from 30 March to 1 September 2015 in the national customs clearance point "Warsaw bridge" conducted a preliminary experiment on electronic submission of information about transported goods.

Brest customs announced the experiment according to preliminary electronic Declaration of goods transported by individuals. It is argued that therefore the process will not take more than 15 minutes.



In the period from 30 March to 1 September 2015 in the national customs clearance point "Warsaw bridge"  conducted a preliminary experiment on electronic submission of information about transported goods.  

In the experiment, the Brest customs allocated at the checkpoint, one of the red channel on entry and exit for persons moving goods in the presence of electronic pre-Declaration.

Customs officials are confident that it will thus be possible to reduce the time of Declaration of these goods at checkpoints across the state border of Belarus.

in order to complete an electronic form, the user must go to the website of the customs Committee of Belarus and to link to in the section "preliminary Electronic Declaration of goods for personal use".

the Next step for the execution of a document will be registered in the system and filling the passenger Declaration form, the user needs to obtain a unique identification number prior notice (winp). Customs officers are recommended prior to transfer information not later than than 2 hours before arriving at the checkpoint.

In the item, the user must present during the customs clearance of the goods or the vehicle, and received winp, after which the officer checks the provided data. In customs for sure if no discrepancies registration process will not take more than 15 minutes.

Note that the volume of EPI information must match the information entered by the declarant in the form of the passenger customs Declaration, approved by the decision of the Customs Union Commission dated 18.06.2010 No. 287. If an incorrect Declaration, the customs office may refuse its registration.
