In the relevant document on the website "Convenient city" subscribers are wondering when we will introduce a single tariff for calls to all networks, why would automatically connect "Toning" and "Melody day" and how to prevent receiving and sending paid SMS to a short number.

In particular, subscribers want to know about the exact plans of the operator on a single tariff for calls to all networks and about the precise time of its introduction. Users expect to receive complete and accurate information about additional services outside of the tariff plan that the subscriber provided when connecting to MTS. Also drafters of the petition outraged that when the debt to third parties (providing services on short numbers) they are deprived of the main service provider.

Before November 1, the text of the petition is under discussion, but because every registered user can make suggestions for their improvement. The collection of signatures under the electronic document on the website "Easy city" will last until 1 December 2015.
