so far, HTC has mentioned only the 32-Gigabyte version of the device. It is worth noting that all the recent flagships of the line One - One M7 and One M8 - sold as 32 GB, 64 GB of permanent storage.

 

@LlabTooFeR also said that One M9 with 64 GB of memory may not appear in all regions. Official confirmation of this information from HTC is not received.
