Pentax K-1 has no low pass filter, but its operation can be simulated by the vibration sensor. Also the shift matrix is achieved by increasing the granularity of shots: this feature is called Pixel Shift Resolution and it is similar to the technology of Hasselblad medium format cameras, designed for shooting pictures. The camera takes four photos with a shift of one pixel, thus collecting all the color information for each pixel. Pentax K-1 takes the frequency from 4.4 to 6.5 frames/c in crop mode and up to 23 RAW or JPEG 70 in series without stopping.
