In Russia decided to deploy access points to the Internet about churches and pedestrian areas: this Wi-Fi will not miss messages from zealots or extremists, information about the distorted facts of history and block the requests for porn. A pilot platform is to be built at SKOLKOVO, Izvestia reports.

Then the free access point should appear near temples and on city grounds, which are popular among citizens, especially among the Moscow youth. As noted the Deputy Chairman of the Synodal Department for cooperation of Church and society of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) priest Roman Bagdasarov, modern life takes place in the information space and the Orthodox Church, like other denominations, cannot remain aloof from this phenomenon. In this case the information space is chaotic, and together with the useful information it carries a lot of threats for the user.

Relevant Church structures, according to him, the Russians will offer protection in the Internet space. It is expected that the team will "manually" to select the data that safe, and to block unnecessary information.
