March 31 resource Talaka.by has launched the "national service funding" Talakosht. Crowdfunding service is designed to collect funds for the implementation of socially significant projects. Unlike world analogues, Belarusians have "mechanism promises."

"First sponsor registers its promise to transfer the money, and then, when the amount of promises will be sufficient to Finance the project, the payment is made. This format, in our opinion, encourages authors to form a caring community around the project and to involve them in joint action. Because at any moment a potential sponsor may withdraw his promise to support the project", said the developers of the service.

On Talakosht already implemented the collection of funds for several projects. For example, the author of the idea free bike rental in Minsk plans to collect 23.3 million rubles. They managed to raise 50 thousand.
