In the end, check the access to the three sites was closed, and in the courts writs directed to block four online trading platforms. One of the companies instituted administrative proceedings. Four large sites continue verification activities because they were not found at the place of registration. According to "Izvestia", up to this point, trade sanctions products online shopping has never been blocked by regulatory authorities.

Russian officials are trying seriously to control the physical point of sales and to clear them from products which have got under sanctions. However, unlike officials, local consumers are not yet ready to completely abandon the prohibited goods, so the demand has created supply and trade contrary to the law partially moved into the Internet space.
