In the letter, which fell into the hands of hackers after studying the array of stolen data, it is proposed to create a "fully our own it platform, with the prospects for global expansion". It is expected that this platform will help to protect the interests of citizens of the Russian Federation, its statehood, will contribute to the development of the economy, key enterprises and infrastructure.

In the letter emphasized that in today's Internet cannot compete with Western companies, and therefore we must create our own national standards in it and to strive for their recognition at the international level. Moreover, in case of aggravation of the conflict with the West, Russia is not immune from attacks by foreign intelligence agencies, which can paralyze or to seize control over the infrastructure.
