Belarusian operator MTS has announced the launch rate for non-residents of Belarus. To connect to the offer "SMART Pension" is enough to show the passport of the citizen of another state. The monthly fee of the tariff plan is 79 thousand rubles.
"SMART Pension" includes 750 minutes of calls in MTS network, 2 GB of traffic within the first 30 days and 750 MB — after a month of use. Call to other networks will cost 499 rubles per minute of connection.
