According to the resource Belnetmon, specializing in the monitoring of cellular networks, the infrastructure operator beCloud has completed the testing phase of LTE network and translated it in a mode of operation. the "Now only on the willingness of operators MTS, velcom and life:) depends on when subscribers will be able to access and start using the 4G network", — specified in Belnetmon.

the details of tariffs and conditions of use 4G connectivity will likely find out on December 17. It is not excluded that some days before this, subscribers will be able to participate in testing the network.
