If you look at a graph of the output of the AAA games, almost they all appear on the three major platforms: consoles Sony and Microsoft as well as PC. Software Corporation is making efforts for the unification of the Windows operating system, so in the near future we can see some repartition of the market.

And computers, and game consoles have their strengths and weaknesses. Some require regular upgrades, other — significant investments in the purchase of games. Developers gradually explore the possibilities of the Xbox or PlayStation, and learn to use them to the maximum.

PC Owners enjoy a better picture (a couple of years ago one of the top managers of NVIDIA stated that a game console will never be able to bypass the computers on the quality of graphics). There are other aspects that affect the decision to buy a console or gaming computer.
