This will allow to save on RAM in a decreased space inside the modern devices. A new Samsung memory will be made on 20-nanometer process technology. It was 30% faster 8-Gigabit LPDDR4 memory chips and twice as fast DDR4 DRAM to computers. In this case the power consumption is reduced by 20%.

Samsung claims that the early leaders in mobile electronics with 6 GB of RAM will make its debut next year. It is possible that they will find application in other vehicles — computers, household appliances, automobiles.
