Director General division of Lenovo in the CIS Gleb Mishin announced that the company is negotiating to use in their computers processors of the Russian production of "Baikal electronics". Lenovo expects that by this technique the customers will be treated with great confidence that will positively affect the market position of the Chinese company.

In the framework of the project for the production of Russian processors will be released a few chips for different platforms. Was released in may "Baikal-T1" for industrial and consumer telecommunications solutions. It was developed in Russia, and goods are produced at the facilities of the Taiwanese company TSMC.
