In comments to the Russian edition the General Director of the Union of right holders Andrey Krichevsky explained that through customs declarations HP brought the equipment for free reproduction of phonograms and media more than was provided in the report to the Union. The difference amounted to 11 billion Russian rubles, which became the basis for litigation. With this amount of exported products is the copyright holders and want to get a "tax on the blanks".
