However, according to sources from 9to5mac, both mentioned accessory will be offered as options.

the iPad Pro will get probably 64 GB of internal memory, there's also a more expensive model with twice its volume. Will be also announced the version with LTE modem and, as previously reported, the A9X chip, which "will significantly surpass its predecessor". As the operating system it will use iOS 9.1.

asserts that the expected Bluetooth keyboard and stylus pen is in the box with the iPad Pro: they will be charged separately. The price is not mentioned, the sources only say the cost of the tablet, which will be about $1000 for the base model.
