the Plaintiffs Amanda Friekin and Dean piell went to court back in 2013. They stated that store managers watched them for 5 minutes before leaving for lunch and 10-15 minutes after the end of the day. This was done to ensure that sellers do not stole groceries worth from hundreds to thousands of dollars. A week went for an hour and a half of unpaid time. The plaintiffs estimate that in a year they spent 1400 dollars in lost wages.

the Revision of collective action in the court motivated by the fact that in his possession were letters from a couple of Apple Store employees who were sent to Tim cook. The procedure of the search, the staff called derogatory.
