Relevant documents for the patent were filed by the company in 2014. "Active screen protection for electronic devices" suggests that the fall of the phone will record a special sensor that will send a request for flexible or rigid feet leave special grooves on the edges of the display. The role of such a sensor can perform and gyroscope with the accelerometer and even the camera of the device.

Also in the patent proposes a few ideas on how to make the active protection system less visible. About any plans of the manufacturer to implement the system in the new devices have not yet been reported.
