Commission: the Russian rocket collapsed because it inserted the wrong way round sensors

Russia's Investigative Committee has finished investigation of accident of the Russian carrier rocket "proton-M" with three GLONASS satellites, which occurred in the summer of 2013. According to investigators, the rocket fell because of incorrectly installed angular velocity sensors — the installer put them rotated 180 degrees from the regular position.
