According to Rogozin, to complete all the work on import substitution has been planned for 2018, and while the construction of a number of ships for the Navy of the Russian Federation to be suspended. for Example, the Ukrainian power plants were equipped patrol ships of type "Admiral Grigorovich" (project 11356) and frigates type "Admiral Gorshkov (project 22350).
