Research firm Newzoo have compiled a list of 100 countries where most spending money on video games. In this list was a place and Belarus, which is located right in the middle: behind Slovakia, but ahead of Bangladesh.

According to Newzoo, in 2015, the game industry generated revenues of $ 91.2 billion dollars. Belarusian gamers have invested in this figure of 61 million dollars and settled on 57-th position. The first two lines take gamers from China and the U.S., which this year managed to spend on virtual entertainment of 22.2 and 21.9 billion, respectively. Further a large margin to be Japan, whose gamers have broken up with 12.3 billion dollars.

Among the countries of Eastern Europe our was on 10th place on the cost of the game. Front located our neighbours: Russia (1.2 billion), Poland (407,9 million), Ukraine (143 million). Lithuanian gamers spent twice less than our 31.3 million, while Latvia is three times less (19.5 million dollars).
