now a Museum, on which is based the Hall of fame of video games, is accepting applications for the following year. For the special Commission is important, first of all, how serious was the impact of this or that game on pop culture and game development. Also, the project must have the status "icons", that is to be widely known and recognized throughout the world and remain popular for a long time.

Among those games that was included in the list of nominees, but couldn't one go to earn a place in the Hall of fame, was Space Invaders, Oregon Trail, Super Mario Bros., Sonic The Hedgehog, The Sims, FIFA Soccer, The Legend Of Zelda, Pokemon and Angry Birds.
