The University will hold in April V Open championship on programming

From 7 to 24 April 2015 at University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) V will be Open championship on programming. To participate in the event is open to undergraduate and graduate students the University, students of educational institutions, as well as students from other universities and countries of the CIS. The competition will take place in three stages.

the First qualifying round (part-time) will be held April 7-9, second qualifying round (face-to-face semi-final) - April 14-16, the championship final is scheduled for April 22-24. Without passing the qualifying stage to participate in the semi-final allowed teams of students in secondary educational institutions, which include more than half of the participants in the final stage of the Republican Olympiad in Informatics (diploma 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree). To participate you need to register your team members before April 8, inclusive.

In 2014 to participate in the Open championship on programming has registered a record number of teams - 229 (more than 600 participants from 94 schools). Last year the competition was attended by teams from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania and Latvia. It makes the competition is the largest competition in sports programming in the country.

the Open championship BSUIR programming is held under the rules ACM contests. Participants are offered from 8 to 12 tasks to be solved in five hours. Tasks are formulated in English, so use paper dictionaries. Detailed information is available on the project website.
