a New world record for solving Rubik's Cube was set by an American teenager from a small Pennsylvania town of Doylestown. The guy was able to improve the result of the previous record holder mats Valk established in the Netherlands in 2013, by 0.3 seconds. New the official record of the Assembly of the traditional Rubik's Cube (3×3×3) is 5.25 seconds.

As noted in the World Cube Association, during the competition, in which an American teenager Collin Barnes set a world record, respected all the rules, so the result set can now be considered official. In 2013, the Dutchman mats Valk solved the puzzle at 5.55 seconds, but to find a new champion took almost two years.

Generally, the best result in the Assembly of the Rubik's Cube is still part of the robot. Last year, the car CubeStormer 3 solved a task in just 3,253 seconds, but the result of man Barnes is truly outstanding.
