the Agency's Programme is called Building Resource Adaptive Software Systems (BRASS). It assumes that the system can autonomously recognize related changes in ecosystems and securely and dynamically apply optimized algorithms. So DARPA is trying to answer quickly developing technologies, for which people it becomes difficult to manage, both physically and materially.

Specifies that the system should be able not only to develop but also to respond quickly to vulnerabilities in the security system, and addressing them should take much less time than it would people. To find the use of such a system, Americans can not only in military Affairs but also in many other fields.
