Today, at the briefing, NASA scientists announced the discovery of exoplanets similar to Earth. It revolves around a star comparable to our Sun, and likely has a stockpile of liquid water. Located in the constellation of Cygnus exoplanets discovered using the Kepler telescope, which was launched six years ago specifically to search for similar celestial bodies.

While the planet is called Kepler-452b. It is 60% larger than Earth, and its mass exceeds the earth five times. From the nearest star, it gets a little more energy than our planet from the Sun.

a Year on Kepler-452b lasts for 385 days, and the distance to us is 1.4 thousand light-years. Warms the exoplanet star older than the Sun for half a billion years. According to scientists, Kepler-452b about six billion years spent in the habitable zone of its star and will continue to be another half a billion years.
