Academician Rubakov will discuss in Minsk about the strange dark matter and the even more bizarre dark energy.

As explained by the press service of the national Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the participants will be able to learn in detail about the hypotheses of the scientist about the nature of dark energy, which is evenly "split" in the Universe and experiencing anti-gravity. The gravitational attraction would have slowed the pace of expansion of the Universe, but modern astronomical methods were given to understand that the pace is only accelerating.
