Earlier, Russia and Belarus have established a joint Russian-Belarusian land infrastructure management Belarusian (BSA) and Russian ("kanopus-V") spacecraft and system for receiving and processing information received from them. Recall, BSA (Belarusian spacecraft) was the second Belarusian spacecraft remote sensing of the Earth and was created by order of NAS of Belarus. The launch was carried out from the Baikonur cosmodrome on July 22, 2012. The launch of the first satellite Belka in 2006 was unsuccessful because of the accident of the carrier rocket "Dnepr".
