Researchers from tufts University in the USA developing a system that will be able to disable annoying notifications if the user is focused on other matters. It uses a special device that scans the brain and controls when the user is not worth the trouble, reports Popular Science.

the Project is called "Filter" uses spectroscopy in the near infrared region, to measure blood flows in the brain. Forehead human test subjects are attached to a special device that tracks changes. A special algorithm processes the collected data and adapts to each individual user. Therefore, the system understands when a person is engaged in serious work or just staring at the wall.

In the experiment, the Filter attached to Google Glass and allowed participants to play on the console, occasionally throwing their phones notifications. When the user was free enough to take your smartphone, the algorithm remembers this moment and indications of the brain, thereby learning and adapting to its host.
